Children’s Music Express® is a program for children and their grown-ups in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties! We are dedicated to providing music, movement, yoga, and meditation classes and workshops for teachers, families, and caregivers with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, elementary aged children, and children with autism, different abilities, and special needs. Our classes and workshops are designed to promote learning through creative expression, interactive activities, and fun!

Children’s Music Express® coaches, guides, and supports parents and their little ones in cultivating fundamental skills and concepts in music and yoga. In an early childhood music and movement class, children develop a strong foundation in rhythm, singing in tune, and self expression. In a yoga and meditation class, children develop emotional intelligence through mind and body awareness. Additionally, through both music and yoga, children develop fine motor skills, gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, present moment awareness, focus, concentration, flexibility and strength in mind and body, calm, relaxation, compassion for self and others, happiness, friendships, confidence, team building, positive social interaction, the nature of simplicity, peace and joy.

Our vision is to inspire children and their grown-ups to express themselves and learn through the healing and educational impact of music and yoga!
