Teacher Training and Workshops are available to those interested in learning how to teach Music and Movement on their own, whether it is for your private practice, family, or teaching in a preschool setting. We offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels.


If you are a parent and caregiver looking for a way to incorporate music and movement into your child’s life, or a teacher looking to bring quality music experiences to your classroom, or if you have a private practice and are interested in arts therapies, this workshop is for you.


All Workshops and Teacher Trainings include:

Our programs are designed for children ages infant - four years, and children with Special Needs and Autism ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 years. For more information on the benefits and details about this program, see Music and Movement.

Educational Programs

Our programs are designed for children ages 3-4, 5-8, and 9-12 years, and children with Special Needs and Autism ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 years. For more information on the benefits and details about this program, see Yoga and Meditation.


3-4 Years - This program is 45 minutes and must be accompanied by a parent or caretaker.


5-8 / 9-12 Years - This program is One Hour and Parent or Caretaker is encouraged to participate, otherwise must remain on premises in waiting area.

We will go on a yoga adventure through a series of fun-filled age appropriate yoga postures. In addition, children will be engaged in group games, partners poses, and stories, all with a musically, fun infused twist!
